CANCELLATION POLICY: We advise our clients to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment. Also, please provide a 24 hour notice to make any changes to your appointment, however, please be aware that not all changes can be guaranteed. Any arrivals after 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment is considered late and may lead to losing the reservation based on the decision of A2Z Hair Studio's management. Arriving 30 minutes after the reserved appointment is considered a missed appointment and would have to be rescheduled.
